The award winning 103,000 SF Suburban office building is located in the heart of the CBD in Coral Gables, Florida. Edward Lewis Architects provided interior architecture for this facility during and after his years with Modulor Development.

Edward Lewis Architects designed over 80,000 square feet of commercial office interiors for the facility, including ticket offices, banking facilities, and research centers.

The 13 story building is constructed of reinforced precast concrete utilizing precast concrete skin and curtain wall construction. Much of the technology that was applied to the building skin was developed by NASA.

The tenant blend and building style, helped establish Coral Gables as a world renown business center.
