Galloway Medical Arts Center is a 3 million dollar, 44,000 SF Medical arts facility that includes an ambulatory surgical center, medical offices for endoscopy, urology, and general consultation.

The site is located on the corner of Southwest 87th Avenue Galloway and Southwest 76th Street. It has 2.5 acres of gross area, containing 33,000 SF of landscaped area and approximately 200 parking spaces, including handicapped parking.

The walls were constructed using precast tilt-up concrete panels fabricated on site. The structural components have been fastened using steel imbeds. The project includes one elevator centrally located in the atrium of the main entrance. The interior is fully sprinkler-ed and metered separately, and is designed with a split AC system to conform to the interior layout. The interior plan is flexible due to the plumbing stacks containing water and sewer positioned throughout the space.
