This renovation project consist of the remodeling and alteration to an existing 120,000 SF office building including a 20,000 SF addition.

The $4.0 million project budget allowed for the application of a complete new exterior skin to the building and the addition of 30% more glass to the structure. New ADA approved elevators have been added to the project and the existing elevators have been refurbished to meet ADA requirements.

All building systems have been modified and changed including, a new water chilled cooling system, water service, fire service, electrical service and a emergency generating system.

The entire facility has been modified to meet current ADA and local building codes. The restroom facilities have been modified, ramps have been added to the facility and the parking has been adjusted to allow complete access to the facility.
