Commercial Office Buildings

Edward Lewis Architects provided these design studies for this build to suit project for Terranova Corporation. The site consisted of a narrow track of land in Broward County. The program required ELA to maximize the usage of the property for building areas and parking.

The result was a series of mid-rise scale office buildings utilizing tilt-up panel construction around a tear-drop shaped plan. The plan stepped at locations, allowing for multiple corner office plans. The plan also featured a 4-story glass enclosed, atrium evoking a spacious, high-tech entry. This efficient plan resulted in a common core rentable ratio of ten percent.
