Architect and Engineering Services for an Indefinite Delivery contract for A/E design service

Edward Lewis Architects provided architectural and engineering services to Jackson Memorial Hospital for a 6 year period through a Continuing Service Contract. The agreement allowed Edward Lewis Architects to on call professional services for a variety of project types. Including Building alterations, expansions, modifications and design studies for all of the Jackson Facilities throughout Miami Dade County.

Each projects required AHCA reviews. Many of the projects were processed through a stand up review that allowed obtraining approvals in a timely manner.

Edward Lewis Architects's healthcare services provided at Jackson are diverse, and includes project with the hospital facilities, diagnostic facilities, lab facilities, ambulatory surgical centers, out patient treatment facilities, emergency rooms and medical offices.
