Miami Baptist Hospital's West Pod Facility
2nd Floor Renovations to Patient Rooms and Nurse Station Alcove.
The project consisted of remodeling the maternity wing at BHE. There are a total of 16 Rooms w/ 16 Bathrooms that were altered. The rooms were remodeled to include new finishes, ADA upgrades, new headboard, lighting and mechanical systems. The nurses station was changed based on new technology and equipment needs.

Doctors Hospital - West Wing 3rd Floor Renovations
The project involves Architectural and Engineering Services for the remodeling of the third floor of the West Wind of Doctors Hospital in Coral Gables Florida. The services for the project were based on remodeling and retro fitting 36 patient rooms. The AHAC project involved replacing the head walls within each room, replacing the fan coil units within each room, provide an analysis of the HVAC systems, replacement of the nurse call system, a new code blue system. 10% of the rooms were retrofitted for ADA compliance
