Baptist Hospital of South Florida

Working under a Professional Services Agreement, Edward Lewis Architects has been providing architectural and engineering services for various Healthcare related projects including, Medical Offices and Hospital renovations, additions and new construction projects.

The projects have included Operating rooms, patient wings, instrument processing and sterilization departments, and diagnostic and CT scan facilities are among the projects completed.

Edward Lewis Architects has provided interior architectural services for a number of Baptist departments at the West Kendall, South Miami Medical Arts Buildings, The east and west towers of Baptist Hospital, and Homestead Hospital and South Miami Hospital.

Many of the projects have been AHCA reviewable projects including CT Scan facilities, West Wing 3rd Floor Remodeling, Renovations Rooms 3551-3552, Instruments Sterilization Rooms, and Surgical OR 1 and 2.

All assignments have been completed on time and in budget and required careful coordination with multiple contractors and consultants.
