The 7200 sf Physical and Occupation Therapy Rehab Unit project consist of significant modifications and alterations to the existing patient flow, patient treatment and equipment layout. The existing rehab unit was modified and redesign reducing the foot print by 35% keeping the same equipment and functions.

The existing administrative functions were relocated due to a new Trauma Unit Design by ELA occupying a portion of the existing rehab area and the Pediatric Rehab area was relocated within a new area of the space.

The project included replacing the flooring, relocating rooms, relocating restrooms, new wall finishes, lighting fire protection and new AC systems.
