Architect and Engineering Services for an Indefinite Delivery contract for A/E design service

Working under a 3 year Continuing Professional Services Agreement, ELA provided architectural and engineering services for various renovations, additions, and ADA upgrades.

One of the goals of the hospital was to relocate administrative functions off site to free up areas for clinical operations, teaching, and research functions.

Among the modified areas were the Research Building's boardroom, reception area, simulation emergency lab, monitoring rooms, and library, The Annex Building the billing and accounting, ophthalmology, office, radiology, neurology, and cottage #4 were modified. Interior renovations, a new stair Tower, and decontamination showers were also part of the project's scope.

All assignments were completed on time and in budget and required careful coordination with multiple contractors, consultants, and end user groups.
