The 5000 sqft sleep center is located within a commercial medical arts office building located in the Baptist Hospital Kendal Area.

The project included 6 sleep rooms that are centrally monitored by 3 sleep research technicians. The each sleep room has a restroom facility and a shower facility is centrally located within the sleep area. The project also includes doctors offices, exam rooms, lounge area and administrative offices.

The project is located on the second floor of the building and is accessed by a centrally monitored security point. The Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing requirements of the project required complex research and coordination with the medical offices and diagnostic facility located below the sleep center.
