The 5000 sf orthopedic medical office and 1800 sf rehab center is located in West Kendal Baptist Hospital.

The facility is designed for one the foremost Orthopedic Surgeons in the Country. UHZ have been the team of doctor for the Miami Dolphins, Miami Marlins, Florida Panthers, FIU, and the Tampa Bay Bucs.

The facility is designed for stretcher access and consists of 6 large exam rooms with PACs, a waiting area for 20 people, a digital x ray room with waiting for 9 people, administrative offices, a cast room and doctors offices.

The facility is being used as a teaching facility and has offices for 4 students and technical staff.

The project was design to accommodate a 1000 sf addition.

Rehab
The detached Rehab center is located on the ground floor. The facility has 4 tables with cubicle curtains. The work out area has mirrors on the perimeter and balance bars at defined locations. The rehab equipment provided is state of the art and is provided with underground power, data and communication. The area is monitor by 3 physical therapist in a glass enclosed room.

The space is provided with custom millwork that contains, hand sinks, utility sinks, hot and cold packs and ice machines
