The 30,000 sf conference center and club house was designed to support the Worlds Fair in Barcelona Spain.

The project included a 600 seat restaurant and conference center with divider walls to allow for a variety of meeting sizes and room configurations.

The design-build project was created using European state of the art building technology and the strict Spanish building code. The construction documents were created in Spanish in the metric system, and was completed in the required eight month time frame. .
