The project is positioned on a 1.5 acre site on the Intercostal waterway.

The 51,000 SF six story building contains a total of 54 units, ranging in size from 750 SF to 1500 SF. There are a total of 12 units per floor.

The 81 parking spaces are located within the building on the ground floor and on the second floor parking garage.

Due to the creative use of building amenities the maximum allowable building area was utilized.

The building materials utilized on the project are durable and affordable. Each component was analyzed for a zero maintenance facility.

The building is constructed of reinforce masonry with post tensioned slabs and the foundation is set on concrete cast piles with sheet pile retaining walls. The exterior of the building contains ornamental aluminum railings, glazing and concrete to allow maximum views and visibility.
