Edward Lewis Architects has provided Architectural and Engineering Design Services for Reef Development and Construction Company for over 8 years. The projects performed for Reef Development and Construction include Residential Condo Towers, Airports, Resorts, Retail and Commercial Properties.

Edward Lewis Architects designed the Coral Reef Tower in Freeport Grand Bahama in 2003. The project was processed thru several building committees and the permitting process. The project is scheduled to be completed in the beginning of 2008.

The site consists of 4.23. Acres and has over 400 feet fronting the Atlantic Ocean. The site work includes the landscaping architectural design, surface parking for 83 cars – 36 cars under parking shed, paving and drainage, site lighting, lighted tennis court and cabanas, elevated pool and observation deck, porte cochere and entrance gate.

The project consists of a 10-story, residential building to be located on a beach front property. The foundation is set on auger cast piles with sheet pile retaining walls. The lower level is design as a blow out walls. The building consists of 95,000 sf and has a total of 52 luxury condos. The ground floor has 2 units, health spa office administration, work shop. The typical floor has 4 units the pool and pool decking is located on the arrival level.

The building is constructed of reinforce masonry with post tensioned slabs.
