Ocean gate Condominium—Hurricane Restoration. The condominium was virtually destroyed during hurricanes Jeanne and Frances.

The building consist of 48 units on 3 acres of property.

Each unit was remodeled, the exterior cladding was replace with impact doors and window,

The foundation system was washed away and undermined. The tean remove the gourd floor slab and placed new pin piles and a foundation system.

The building was update, ADA, life safety code improvements.

New roof systems, new club house and pool were added to the project.
