Pinecrest Remodeling Project

This 1954 ranch style Pinecrest home is an example of an extreme remodeling and was completely altered.The existing home was increased in size from 2,300sf to over 4200sf. The revisions included the following.

• The roof was encapsulated with a new piggy back 5.5" to 12 roof system.
• A two car garage was added with a side entry
• The existing garage was converted to a dinning, kitched expansion, panry and washer dryer room.
• A new master bedroom was added.
• A new family room with a vaulted ceiling was added
• New entry way and foyer
• New tropical landscaping
