Interior Architecture—Retail Guidelines and Design
Grand Bahama International Airport
The second phase of the GBIA airport projects was the Interior Architecture, Tenant Guidelines and Tenant/Retail Design/Space Planning. The Airport requested Edward Lewis Architects to incorporated a tropical design theme with a project budget that was very limited. The budget required Edward Lewis Architects to utilized entry level finishes materials. Edward Lewis Architects selected vinyl's that resembled terrazzo and created a colorful palette of paint for the walls. The end user was quite impressed with Edward Lewis Architects’s design team ability create an inviting concept that has been well received.
